Snakeskin Barb (Desmopuntius rhomboocellatus)

Also known as the Red Ocellated Barb, it is a small, active, peaceful species that will make great additions to the planted or community aquarium with other temperate species. These fish have a red-orange body coloration with dark green body markings that look almost like teardrops which give this beautiful species its common name the Snakeskin Barb.
